Italian Crust Pizza

Use a simple recipe with some italian seasoning to get more out of the crust

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water 110 degrees
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Disolve yeast, sugar, salt in olive oil in the water.
  • Add flour and italian seasoning and mix until well blended.
  • Knead dough until smooth and elastic. This will take about 8 minutes.
  • Proof the dough for about 30 minutes to allow it to rise.
  • Spin the dough in the air like a boss. If the dough hits the floor, start over.
